Q: I ordered a game but haven't received the download link. I am using hotmail or yahoo mail. Whats happened?

A: Our commerce partner, BMT Micro, verifies all hotmail and yahoo mail orders individually, by hand! They do this as an extra fraud prevention measure but it can delay your order by a day or two. Don't panic because your card is never charged until the download link is sent to you. Orders that do not come from hotmail or yahoo mail are delivered instantly. If this is a problem for you, please go ahead and order using a different email address.

Q: I received the download link but it doesn't work! I am using MSN 8.0 or AOL 8.0. Whats happened?

A: These programs raise the security settings on your web browser, making it difficult to access BMT Inc's secure server. To work around this problem, we suggest that you follow these simple instructions:

  1. Open your AOL browser.
  2. Click on "Settings" in the tool bar.
  3. Click On "Preferences".
  4. Click On "Internet Properties".
  5. Click On "Customize Settings".
  6. Adjust the setting to either Medium Low or Low. Try Medium Low first. If you still get a page not found or other browser error try going to the Low setting. That will do it for sure.
  7. Once you are satisfied that the download is complete, you can go back and re-set your security settings following the same path as above.

Q: I need to re-download a game that I've purchased. How can I do this?

A: Just email with the name and email that you used to purchase the software and we will give you a new download link.

Q: My mail-order is taking forever! How long do I have to wait?

A: When you fax or mail your order form, our commerce partner BMT Micro will reply to the email address that you specify with an acknowledgement. If you do not get an acknowledgement within 7-10 business days (for mail orders), please send your order again in case it was lost. This extra bit of caution can save a lot of confusion.

Q: I ordered a game but the CD hasn't arrived yet. Where is it?

A: It may sound silly, but often people can make mistakes in entering the correct shipping address. Another possibility is that perhaps another person at the delivery address received the CD but forgot to tell you! If you're sure that neither of these have happened, send an email to and let us know what has happened and we'll follow it up with our suppliers and send you out another CD if need be!
