Bridge Builder is very cool: http://www.bridgebuilder-game.com/
I actually like the original better than the Pontifix one. I haven't trying Pontifex II.
Another cool game I used to play was the incredible machine.
Oh and I still play tetris.

Hi James!
Wow I hadn't seen that bridge-building game before. It brings back memories of first year engineering projects. I never realised people did that kind of thing for *fun* !
Incredible machine was good eh.
